PVC管材生产应用现状及发展趋势

1. PVC管材优势
1. PVC pipe material advantages
在通用树脂生产中,以PVC树脂耗乙烯量最低,生产成本也最低。国内生产每吨PVC需耗乙烯0.5314吨,而每吨聚乙烯平均耗乙烯1.042吨,国内每吨PVC树脂的乙烯耗量比聚乙烯少消耗约50%。而生产PVC用的原料氯气,是平衡生产烧碱产生氯气的重要途径,烧碱是国民经济必不可少的十分重要原料。另外,从塑料制品角度看,PVC与各种助剂相容性好,在生产管材中可加入大量低廉的填料,使生产成本大大降低。

PVC管材有很好的力学性能,且具备极好的耐腐蚀性,使用过程中重量轻,安装方便,不需维护,而使用钢铁作公用工程的下水管道,在使用过程中由于易腐蚀,必须经常涂敷涂料,维护费用高。一般建筑及公用工程用金属管道20年左右就需更换,而作用加工良好的PVC管道,使用寿命长达50年等。因此,PVC管材是一种生产成本低、强度高,耐腐蚀的良好塑料制品。

在"十五"期间,塑料管的推广应用主要以UPVC和PE塑料管为主,并大力发展其它新型塑料管。到2005年,在全国新建、改建、扩建工程中,建筑用排水管道50%采用塑料管,城市排水管道20%采用塑料管,建筑给水、热水供应和供暖管道60%采用塑料管,城市供水管道(Dn400以下)50%采用塑料管,村镇供水管道60%采用塑料管,城市燃气管道(中低压管)50%采用塑料管,建筑电线穿线护套管80%采用塑料管。预计2005年需求塑料管材约200万吨以上,其中绝大部分为PVC管材。

在发达国家中,PVC管消费量一般占塑料管市场的70-80%,而我国PVC管仅占塑料管的总量的50%左右,我国PVC管的发展潜力十分巨大。发达国家PVC各种管材的消费比例是:供水管占33%,下水管占22.3%,排污管占15.7%,灌溉管占5.2%,煤气管占0.8%,其它管材占22.7%。其中管件与管材的消费量比约为1:8。
