GB/T5009.67-2003《食品包装用聚氯乙烯成型品卫生标准的分析方法》规定了食品包装用聚氯乙烯成型品卫生标准的分析方法，该方法主要是根据气液平衡的原理，将试样放入密封平衡瓶中，用溶剂溶解。在一定温度下，氯乙烯单体扩散，到达平衡时，取液上气体注入气相色谱仪中进行测定。

GB/T5009.67-2003 "analysis method for the hygienic standard of PVC molded products for food packaging" provides an analytical method for the hygienic standard of PVC molded products for food packaging. This method is mainly based on the principle of gas and liquid balance, and dissolves the sample in a sealed and balanced bottle with solvent. PVC给水管材中氯乙烯单体测定取样时应注意以下事项：取样时，按生产厂产品批号（同一配方、同一原料、同一工艺、同一规格为一批），每批样10只（以500mL/只计，小于500mL/只时，试样相应加倍）或取样为1m长，分别注明产品名称、取样日期，其中半数供化验用，另一半数保持两个月，已备仲裁分析用。
