1、管材和管件在装卸和搬动时（特别是冬季）应轻拿轻放，排列整齐，扩口部位要错开（以免管材变形，安装困难）不得受到剧烈撞击及尖锐物品碰撞，不得抛、摔、滚、拖，以免在通水时由于“刻痕效应”产生爆管现象。

2、在无设计沟深时，其管顶覆土必须在冰冻线以下，沟底应连续平整，其表面不得有碎石、硬块和其它突出物，地基必须铺上0.15m-0.2m 的沙土、平整、夯实。沟槽必须挖平、挖直、不得有大的弯曲转角。

3、管道敷设后必须尽快回填，先将管下的支撑范围内的肋角用砂土回填密实，其高度不小于0.2dn （管材外径）。然后用砂土或符合要求的原土回填管道两侧，每次回填密实后的厚度不宜小于100mm 不得大于200mm ，切必须从管道的两侧同时回填，同时夯实后再回填上一层直至回填到管顶以上0.3m 处。

4、采用水泵直接给水管道时，除在井具加装止回阀，进气阀外还应在管道中途设置进气阀，尤其是井在高处时，管道在低处，非常重要；如果地面高低不平，管道铺设有高有低，则应在管道每一个高点设置一个进气阀。（500-1000米设一个进气阀）

5、管道安装和铺设中断时，应用木塞或其它管堵将管口封闭，防止杂物、动物进入管道，导致管道堵塞或影响管道卫生。

6、管道安装完毕后给水试压时，必须将排气阀打开，以利于排气。通水时制水阀打开时不可过快或过大，以利于空气能顺利排出为原则。当排气阀有水流出，则表示水已满，即可关闭。管道实验压力不得超过设计的工作压力，最低不低于0.5Mpa ，并且保压一小时。

When the exhaust valve has water outflow, it indicates that the water is full and can be closed. 7、对于粘接的管道必须在安装完毕48小时后进行试压。
