管道压力规定
Pipeline Pressure Regulation
(1)PVC给水管道所示的压力均表示为公称压力，用Mpa表示，1Mpa≈10kgf/cm2即管材在20℃条件下，输送介质的工作压力。但随着介质的温度的升高(不得输送>50℃的介质)工作压力随之减小，这从客观上在选择给水管道须考虑足够的压力的安全系数 [1]
(1) The pressures shown in the PVC water supply pipeline are all nominal pressures, and Mpa is used to express the working pressures of 1 Mpa_10 kgf/cm2, i.e. the working pressures of the pipeline at 20 C. However, the working pressure decreases with the increase of the temperature of the medium (the medium must not be transported at more than 50 C), which objectively requires the safety factor of sufficient pressure to be taken into account in the selection of water supply pipelines [1]
(2)给水管材的公称压力规定为：0.6Mpa、0.8Mpa、1.0Mpa、1.25Mpa、1.6Mpa等5种。
(2) The nominal pressure of water supply pipes is 0.6 Mpa, 0.8 Mpa, 1.0 Mpa, 1.25 Mpa and 1.6 Mpa.
(3)同等规格管材的公称压力的大小一般以管材的壁厚来划分。
(3) The nominal pressure of pipes of the same size is generally divided by the wall thickness of the pipes.
(4)每个压力区的最小口径的管材规定为：0.6Mpa管材的最小口径为63mm，0.8Mpa管材的最小口径为50mm，1.0Mpa管材的最小口径为40mm，1.25Mpa管材的最小口径为32mm，1.6Mpa管材的最小口径为20mm和25mm。
(4) The minimum caliber of each pressure zone is as follows: the minimum caliber of 0.6 Mpa pipe is 63 mm, the minimum caliber of 0.8 Mpa pipe is 50 mm, the minimum caliber of 1.0 Mpa pipe is 40 mm, the minimum caliber of 1.25 Mpa pipe is 32 mm, and the minimum caliber of 1.6 Mpa pipe is 20 mm and 25 mm.
(5)给水管材的公称压力一般为1.6Mpa，且与各种压力的管材相配套。
