管沟的开挖

Trench excavation

管沟的开挖必须严格按照设计图纸或工程监理指导的开挖路线及开挖深度进行施工，而且在没有征得相关部门同意的情况下不得擅自进行改动。

The excavation of the canal ditch shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings or the excavation route and excavation depth under the guidance of the engineering supervision, and shall not be altered without the approval of the relevant department.

1.1 沟槽开挖宽度

1.1 width of trench excavation

PE管道的柔性好、重量轻，所以可以在地面上预制较长管线，当地形条件允许时，管线的地面焊接可使管沟的开挖宽度减小。其最小宽度应以方便安装对接为宜。

PE pipes are flexible and light in weight, so they can be prefabricated longer pipelines on the ground. When the topographic conditions permit, the ground welding of the pipeline can reduce the width of the trench. The minimum width shall be convenient for installation and docking.

1.2 在沙土或淤泥的管沟内，如果不易作出一个直立的管沟侧壁，那么可以做一个45°或能够支撑沟壁材料的一个坡度。如果管沟较宽，那么为了支撑最终的填埋层重量，初填埋材料必须被夯实。

1.2 in a sand or silt pipe trench, if it is not easy to make a vertical tube side wall, then a slope of 45 degrees or able to support the trench wall material can be made. If the channel is wider, the initial landfill material must be compacted to support the ultimate landfill weight.

1.3 PE管道埋设的最小管顶覆土厚度为：

①埋设在车行道下管顶埋深不得小于0.9米；

②埋设在人行道下或管道支管不得小于0.75米；

③绿化带下或居住区支管不得小于0.6米；

No less than 0.6 meters of branches for greening or under the living area;

④在永久性冻土或季节性冻土地层，管顶埋深应在冰冻线以下。

In permafrost or seasonally frozen soil layer, the buried depth of pipe top shall be below freezing line.

⑤当横穿车行道达不到设计深度时，应采取敷设钢制套管的措施进行保护。

When the crossing roadway can not reach the design depth, the laying of steel casing should take measures to protect.

管道的连接

Pipe connection

检查管材并清理管端→紧固管材→铣刀铣削管端→检查管端错位和间隙→加热管材并观察最小卷边高度→管材熔接并冷却至规定时间。

Check the pipe and clean the end of the pipe. Fasten the pipe material to the end of the milling mill. Check the dislocation and clearance of the pipe end. Heat the pipe and observe the minimum curling height.

在焊接过程中，操作人员应参照焊接工艺卡各项参数进行操作，而且在必要时根据天气、环境温度等变化对其进行适当调整：

In the welding process, operators should refer to the welding process card parameters for operation, and when necessary, according to weather, environment, temperature and other changes in its proper adjustment:

（1）核对欲焊接管材规格、压力等级是否正确，检查其表面是否有磕、碰、划伤，如伤痕浓度超过管材壁厚的10%，应进行局部切除后方可使用；

(1) check for welding pipe specifications, pressure level is correct, check whether the surface of knock, touch, and scratch, such as scar concentration over 10% of the pipe wall thickness, should be local excision, can be used;

（2）用干净的布清除两管端的油污或异物；

(2) use clean cloth to remove oil or foreign matter at the end of the two pipe;

（3）欲将焊接的管材置于机架卡内，使两端伸出的长度相当管材机架以外的部分用支撑托，使管材轴线与机架中心线处于同一高度，然后用卡瓦紧固好；

(3) to the pipe in the frame welding card, by supporting the two ends outside the extended length of pipe rack is part of the pipe axis and the center line at the same height, and then tighten the slip;
